Summary

Join Amadeus as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer and help connect diverse, high-quality talent with impactful roles across EMEA. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines, deliver market insights, and shape inclusive sourcing strategies. Using data, AI-powered tools, and creative outreach, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive candidate experience and strengthening Amadeus’ employer brand.

In This Role You Will

  • Proactively source and engage talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, social platforms, referrals, and events.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned with hiring priorities and DEI goals.
  • Deliver talent mapping, market insights, and LinkedIn Insights reporting to support decision-making.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers on sourcing approach and talent strategy.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens and ensure a smooth, inclusive candidate experience.
  • Track sourcing metrics and continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Keep candidate data accurate in Workday and related systems.
  • Represent Amadeus’ culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.

About The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong sourcing fundamentals (Boolean search, market mapping, passive talent engagement).
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-driven tools, and ATS platforms (Workday a plus).
  • Interest in inclusive hiring and engaging diverse talent communities.
  • Clear communicator, collaborative partner, and data-driven thinker.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and continuously focused on improving sourcing practices and candidate experience.
