About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Application Developer with over 10 years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on native iOS development and experience in Android. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications and drive technical excellence across the mobile team. Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable mobile applications.
  • Drive iOS development and contribute to Android development as needed.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
  • Mentor a team of mobile developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to boost efficiency.
  • Define and enforce mobile development standards and practices.
  • Adopt Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) for shared code across platforms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional mobile development experience.
  • Strong expertise in native iOS development (Swift/Swift UI).
  • Hands-on experience with Android development (Kotlin/Java).
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex mobile solutions.
  • Deep understanding of mobile architecture, UI/UX, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mobile CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM).
