  • Proactive contact to determine actual customer needs and follow up on offers.
  • Creation and calculation of requested products according to customer needs.
  • Telephone product consulting and realization of profitable sales closings.
  • Implementation of sales-promoting measures, for example through cross- and upselling.
  • Timely order processing.
  • Processing of complaints.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training.
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good IT skills, especially in MS Office suite and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Enjoyment of contact with people.
