For our location in Kaiserslautern, ALZURA AG is seeking a Volljurist - E-Commerce & Wirtschaftsrecht. This hybrid, unlimited, full-time position is critical as our company operates in a legally complex, national and international environment. We are looking for a qualified lawyer to provide fundamental legal advice and support the Executive Board and our specialist departments in all legal matters.

Your Responsibilities as Volljurist - E-Commerce & Wirtschaftsrecht at ALZURA AG:

• You will advise the Executive Board and our specialist departments on all legal questions regarding day-to-day business.
• You will independently draft, review, and negotiate contracts, from IT, SaaS, platform, and licensing agreements to purchasing, sales, and cooperation agreements.
• You will legally evaluate new business models, products, and digital processes and support their implementation.
• You will actively support the adherence to legal requirements and the further expansion of our compliance structures.
• You will confidently manage all issues related to competition, consumer, distance selling, and labor law, including general terms and conditions, revocation rights, and information obligations.
• You will manage topics concerning data protection (GDPR) and IT law in close cooperation with internal and external interfaces.
• You will strategically accompany ongoing proceedings and confidently collaborate with external lawyers and authorities.
• You will keep an eye on legal developments and derive clear, pragmatic recommendations for action for the company.
• You will contribute solution-oriented to disputes, warnings, and official inquiries.

What you bring to the table:

• You are a fully qualified lawyer with two successfully completed state examinations and several years of professional experience as an in-house counsel or in a commercial law-oriented law firm.
• You enjoy digital business models and technologies and bring strong economic and entrepreneurial understanding.
• You have sound knowledge in E-commerce and IT law, competition, consumer, and contract law, labor law, data protection law (GDPR), corporate law, or compliance law.
• Contract drafting and negotiations are part of your daily business, as is confident interaction with authorities and courts.
• Procedural experience and a pragmatic view of risks ensure that you maintain an overview even in complex situations.
• Excellent German in spoken and written word, as well as negotiation-level English, are among your strengths.
