The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Management professional to support and help drive business development across EMEA, and manage the priority account program to grow private equity & corporate client relationships. This role will support the continued expansion of TAG EMEA and Global TAG account relationships. The Business Development Manager role will support the overall implementation of our client growth strategy through the priority account program, go-to-market initiatives, and work with leadership to identify and chase large opportunities and cross-sell opportunities. This position will report to the TAG EMEA Managing Director and Head of Relationship Management for Global TAG. A modest level of travel will be needed across EME and globally. Experience working in professional services or a consulting firm is preferred.
How Will You Contribute
- The role will be based in Paris, France, but will cover our overall activities across EMEA (France, UK, Benelux, Nordics, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Middle East).
- The role will require an international outlook, a strong grasp of English, and occasional travel.
- Responsible for overseeing activities related to the business development and priority account management program, working with account teams to grow relationships and market share.
- Includes business development of key private equity and corporate accounts, pursuit of major opportunities, and strategic account management.
- Overseeing relationship mapping/coordination across key accounts, account calls, and knowledge sharing.
- Managing credentials and their ongoing refresh process.
- Supporting practice-wide growth initiatives to identify and grow account opportunities.
- Supporting business development and go-to-market initiatives targeting and developing relationships with new and/or existing clients.
- Liaising with global BD, RM and Marketing functions and implementing knowledge sharing / relationship management frameworks.
- Supporting and coaching teams throughout the pursuit process, including the development of standards, tools, processes, or templates.
- Supporting TAG EMEA’s involvement in cross-BU go-to-market and business development initiatives to expand client relationships and opportunities.
