The Team and PEPI Practice

A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice serves middle market and large cap private equity firms. Our Aerospace, Defense & Aviation team works on transforming operations, manufacturing improvement, interim management, M&A, supply chain, and CFO services.

Role Overview

The Senior Associate Operations Group - Aerospace, Defense & Aviation is responsible for delivering complex client engagements alongside ADAS leadership:

• Synthesizing insights from data and client discussions
• Developing strategic recommendations
• Implementing operational improvements directly with clients
• Leveraging expertise in margin management, supply chain, operations, and cost reduction
• Exercising strong project management and client relationship skills

Professional Skills & Qualifications

Candidates must have strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. A minimum of 4-7 years consulting/operations experience is required along with U.S. citizenship. Flexibility to travel up to 80% and previous experience with a recognized strategy consulting firm are essential.
