Role Overview: Manager, Operations Group - Aerospace & Aviation

This role is centered on delivering large, complex client engagements by working closely with ADAS leadership. Responsibilities include leading time-sensitive projects, synthesizing data insights, and developing strategic recommendations. The focus is on operational performance improvements in aerospace, defense, aviation and related sectors.

How You Will Contribute

  • Lead teams and manage performance improvement plans.
  • Analyze data to develop strategic recommendations.
  • Work directly with clients to implement solutions.
  • Bring consulting or industry project experience to aviation and related sectors.
  • Maintain flexibility with travel up to 80%.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills along with expertise in data analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential. The role requires structured project management, critical thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Candidates should have 7-10+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or operations, with a preference for background in airlines and aviation.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $125,000 to $190,000 annually, with additional discretionary bonus potential. Full-time and part-time positions offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
