The Team

The PEPI practice focuses on improving operating results for middle market and large cap private equity firms. The Aerospace, Defense & Aviation team delivers high-impact EBITDA and operational improvements through cross-functional approaches in a challenging global environment.

How You Will Contribute

As the Manager, Operations Group – Aerospace, Defense, Aviation & Space, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements by:

• Leading teams through time-sensitive projects
• Synthesizing data and insights for strategic recommendations
• Implementing operational improvements directly with clients
• Leveraging expertise in flight operations, maintenance, and airline procurement

Professional Skills & Qualifications

Candidate must have 7-10+ years of experience, strong analytical and project management abilities, excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills, and flexibility to travel up to 80%. Preferred experience in airlines and aviation along with consulting background is required.
