This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a ‘hands on’ team. You will contribute to work streams on large programs but also smaller projects, leveraging your Digital & Technology knowhow and skill set in challenging the status quo and developing sound solutions either from an external point of view or in collaborative settings with your client organization. Alongside our broader European DTS team colleagues, we define and deliver innovative strategic programs – aligning each digital/AI initiative to a specific company goal- getting the client from where the company is today to where it wants to be in the future. Through our DTS practice, A&M partners with clients to design, build, and scale digitally enabled and AI‑driven business models, spanning agile target operating models, digital products, and intelligent, automated back offices. We combine capabilities across digital product management, AI and advanced analytics, cloud-enabled platforms, customer experience (CX) design, and self-service technologies to deliver measurable impact.How You Will Contribute

The Main Tasks Will Include:
- Support our Digital & Technology Team in London as they serve our clients in Corporates (i.e., brands), Private Equity firms and Financial Institutions
- Assisting on synthesising information after research and analysis into high quality client reports and recommendations.
- Utilising Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Tableau and other data-related applications to assist in creating client deliverables.
- Supporting Managing Directors and other senior members of the team with client pitch production
Qualifications
This role is intended for graduates and requires a minimum undergraduate degree, preferably in AI, Computer/Data Science, IT, Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise – especially in highly pressured situations
- Some Excel modelling skills, Power Bi, Tableau, Python, and experience with AI tools would be advantageous
- Fluent business level English. Additional European language skills including French, German, Spanish or Italian are highly desirable
- Right to work in the UK
- Available from the 15th of June 2026 for 6 months full-time
