The Team

The Performance Improvement Practice assists Private Equity and Corporate clients worldwide. Services include transaction advisory, performance improvement, turnaround, interim and crisis management, pre-M&A due diligence, merger integration, post-M&A growth strategy, corporate finance advisory, organizational and cost transformation, supply chain and manufacturing improvement, and CFO finance leadership.

Role Overview

The Associate, Performance Improvement will support high-profile engagements with research, analytical problem solving, financial modeling, and report/presentation preparation. The role focuses on delivering rapid, bottom-line improvement results.

How You Will Contribute

  • Conduct research and gather information from multiple sources.
  • Formulate strategic plans using analytical insights.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to understand stakeholder perspectives.
  • Organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Analyze market and financial data to drive presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze large and complex data sets.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; team player.
  • Fluency in English with additional ASEAN language skills a plus.
  • High energy, autonomous with an entrepreneurial mindset.
