The Team

The Toronto Office seeks a dynamic Office Administrator to manage daily office operations for its North American Commercial Restructuring practice. This in-office role (5 days a week) involves supervising front desk operations, event planning, document management, and supporting multiple executives while ensuring a well-organized work environment.

How You Will Contribute

  • Manage front desk operations including greeting clients and handling calls.
  • Provide administrative support to Managing Directors and team members.
  • Plan and coordinate special projects and client events.
  • Oversee document retention, office supply management and facility operations.
  • Coordinate IT/AV issues, logistics, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Serve as a fire safety warden and participate in the health and safety committee.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience is required; a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong event planning and customer service abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Concur, and file-sharing platforms. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently are key.
