Overview
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Alutiiq, LLC reports to the Chief Operating Officer and drives enterprise strategy and growth across Alutiiq’s portfolio of subsidiaries. This role offers strategic direction, executive oversight, and leadership in long-term planning, organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise strategy and growth leadership across all subsidiaries.
- Expand market presence in existing and new domestic and international markets.
- Drive revenue growth, manage business development budgets and KPIs.
- Oversee governance, strategic oversight, and executive mentoring.
- Lead efforts in mergers & acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
- Support new business development and post-award integration.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and evaluate new growth markets, lead cross-functional pipeline reviews, and drive early customer engagements and competitive positioning.
People & Resource Leadership and Corporate Alignment
Supervise Business Strategy Managers, align resources for disciplined pipeline management, and collaborate with senior leadership to execute growth initiatives and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
Ethics & Compliance
Adhere to the Code of Ethics and promote ethical leadership across the organization.
