Alttred Miinds is seeking sharp closers to acquire high-ticket clients for our performance marketing pods, catering to Coaches, D2C brands, and our Qthree Digital SEO/AIO/CRO unit across the US and UK markets.

We operate as an integrated “growth pod,” where Alttred Miinds manages performance marketing and creatives, while Qthree Digital focuses on SEO, AIO, CRO, and web performance.
Role Overview
As a Sales Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing high-ticket retainers with D2C brands, online coaches, and various digital-first businesses in the US and UK markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt, qualify, and close high-ticket deals (agency retainers) for:
- Coaches & experts (online programs, courses, personal brands).
- D2C and ecommerce brands.
- SEO/AIO/CRO and web performance mandates under Qthree Digital.
- Build and manage your outbound pipeline using platforms like LinkedIn, cold email, and strategic partnerships in US/UK.
- Conduct discovery calls to diagnose growth gaps and present our integrated Growth Pod offer, encompassing Performance, SEO/AIO/CRO, and Creatives.
- Collaborate closely with founders and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and Statements of Work (SOWs) that facilitate quick closures and proper expectation setting.
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, meticulously track deal stages, and provide weekly reports on pipeline status, forecasts, and closed revenue.
Ideal Profile
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket retainers for agencies, consulting firms, or SaaS companies (preferably within marketing, SEO, performance, or creative services) targeting US/UK clients.
- Comfortable selling retainers valued at $3,000–$10,000+ per month to founders, CMOs, and marketing heads.
- Possess strong consultative selling, discovery, and objection-handling skills, capable of translating case studies and growth stories into a sense of urgency and clear Return on Investment (ROI).
- Excellent spoken and written English, with experience collaborating across US and UK time zones.
- Self-driven, highly focused on pipeline development, and thrives in a lean, high-accountability work environment.
Compensation
- Fixed: 600–1000 USD per month (dependent on experience and past performance).
- Commission: 30–50% of the first month’s retainer for every client closed (percentage varies based on deal size, quality, and payment terms).
- Uncapped earnings potential; top performers can significantly exceed the base salary through consistent closures.

- For D2C Brands: Performance marketing, creative services, and CRO to profitably scale revenue across both paid and organic channels.
