About the Role
This is not a traditional content manager role. As Content Operations Lead - Crypto Remote you will own content systems end-to-end for our iGaming crypto website. Your responsibilities extend from idea inception to execution, measurement, and iteration. You will build scalable workflows that combine human judgment, automation, and AI to deliver high-quality crypto casino and game content.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end content production system in English.
- Write, proofread, edit, and quality-assure content for human appeal and accuracy.
- Perform deep research ensuring content originality and alignment with product/game details.
- Translate complex crypto concepts into simple language.
- Monitor performance metrics and collaborate on content experiments.
- Develop and test new headlines, structures, modules, and page patterns.
- Maintain clear standards for structure, readability, and on-page SEO basics.
Your Attitude & Background
- Proven technical writing experience with automated content systems.
- Hands-on expertise with AI writing tools and post-generation editing.
- Strong research skills and ability to validate and cross-check information.
- Solid knowledge of the crypto industry with a willingness to learn iGaming specifics.
- Data-driven approach with a testing mindset for content experiments.
