Senior Research Analyst

Overview

The Senior Research Analyst at Altrata is responsible for in-depth secondary research using open-source intelligence focused on specific regions. The role involves extensive data collection, verification, synthesis, analysis, and compilation of comprehensive profiles covering an individual’s life and career history.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regional research using open-source intelligence.
• Collect, verify, and synthesize extensive data.
• Develop regional approaches and targeted research methods.
• Identify risk factors including PEPs, political activities, and litigation.
• Produce various reports such as Name Checks, Standard Dossiers, Enhanced Due Diligence Dossiers, and Corporate Due Diligence Reports.
• Perform company valuations, calculate net worth estimates, and identify assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; recent graduates encouraged.
• Excellent command of English and at least one foreign language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new tools, research methods, and work routines quickly.
• Curiosity about business, world affairs, and current events.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
• Experience in due diligence research is a plus.
