Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving sales efficiency and effectiveness by leveraging data from ERP and CRM systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, marketing, and product management, you will ensure accurate reporting, streamlined workflows, and actionable insights that align with business goals.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and forecasts.
- ERP & CRM System Management: Ensure data integrity and improve system workflows.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in the sales cycle.
- Project Support: Assist in system upgrades, data migrations and digital transformations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business analysis, or systems support in a manufacturing environment. Essential skills include proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, strong Excel and data analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities.
