Job Description
The Post-Close Analyst is responsible for reviewing and updating construction documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. The role includes maintaining and updating construction budget details, placing and assigning inspection orders, and tracking their acceptance and scheduling within given timeframes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and update construction documents.
- Maintain construction budget details.
- Place and assign inspection orders.
- Coordinate with lenders, contractors, and inspectors via calls and emails.
- Schedule and manage site inspections with field inspectors.
- Notify clients about order status updates.
Qualifications
Graduate with proven experience in reviewing US mortgage documents. Must possess excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
