The Role: Post-Close Analyst

As a Post-Close Analyst, you will:

• Review and update construction documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain construction budget details and place inspection orders.
• Assign inspection orders to inspectors and track their scheduling.
• Communicate with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors to obtain documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Schedule and manage site inspections across the United States.
• Notify clients about order status updates via email and chat.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a graduate with excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, proven multitasking ability, and experience in US mortgage document review processes.
