Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our IT Operations team in Pune, India. This position involves managing Windows Server environments, WSUS, SCCM, and Intune in a hybrid work model with 24x7 rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (5+ years experience).
• Manage and support WSUS, SCCM, and Intune (4+ years of hands-on experience).
• Diagnose and resolve server performance issues.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and monitoring.
• Create detailed reports and SOP documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system stability and security.
• Support foundational information security initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Expertise in WSUS, SCCM, and Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for server issues.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of Information Security.
• Ability to document SOPs and create reports.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This role is based in Pune, India with a hybrid model requiring 3 days in the office and participation in 24x7 rotational shifts.
