Sr Business Analyst - Patient Access (Remote U.S.)

Overview

Ready to make a real difference in how patients access healthcare? As a Sr Business Analyst specializing in Patient Access and Access Management, you will lead revenue cycle initiatives and streamline patient access workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of requirements for revenue cycle initiatives.
• Leverage access management expertise to align practices with revenue cycle workflows.
• Support cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert in access management.
• Translate business requirements into user story maps, designs, and use cases.
• Deliver functional specifications, design documents, and business process workflows.
• Assist development teams during software build, configuration, and testing.
• Review vendor documentation to support product usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4-7 years working with Access Management solutions in healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of patient access workflows including authorizations and eligibility.
• Experience with requirements elicitation and analysis.
• Prior leadership or project management experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and breaking requirements into User Stories is beneficial.

This position may require some travel for business needs. Salary range for this role is listed for potential hires in specified U.S. locations.
