Responsibilities

In your role as Senior Software Engineering Officer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of a cross-product developer framework. Your tasks include:

• Leading the design, development, and maintenance of frameworks.
• Implementing and testing new features.
• Advocating for standard methodologies and high-quality work.
• Facilitating engineering discussions and decision-making.
• Mentoring junior engineers and setting an example of best practices.
• Managing teams' expectations regarding deliverables and timing.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in application development.
• Expertise in Microsoft’s .NET (C#) and React.
• Experience in server application development with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming.
• Strong grasp of OOP concepts, architecture, and design with a proactive approach.
• Experience in Agile development environments and flexible working hours to meet business needs.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RESTful API services and microservice based architectures.
• Exposure to Git, Azure DevOps, and cloud deployment (Microsoft Azure, AWS).
• Understanding of containerization with Kubernetes and performance testing tools.
