The Role: Fund Administration Officer

As a Fund Administration Officer, you will own dedicated tasks by globally coordinating their timely and accurate processing across the team. You will successfully contribute to Cell level projects and initiatives, focusing on process improvement and efficiencies. This role involves helping to define and regularly monitor quality KPIs, as well as proposing, testing, and implementing systems and process enhancements and controls to improve overall quality. You will serve as the go-to person for any tasks you are responsible for, excelling in service catalogue know-how and subject matter expertise. Cultivating good relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial. You will also develop first management skills by acting as a buddy for new joiners, providing coaching to and reviewing/validating the work of Junior Professionals. Successfully contributing to team projects and initiatives, recognizing risks, and detecting operational escalation needs in your area of responsibility are key. Additionally, you will identify training requirements and take on opportunities to share knowledge with colleagues within and outside of the team.
