About the Role

As the Lead Software Engineer - Partner Experience at Alteos GmbH, you will lead our Partner Experience Engineering team by promoting collaboration and ensuring smooth project delivery. You will work closely with various teams to design and build innovative solutions while exploring new ideas, conducting research, and contributing to proposals (RFCs). You will also be hands-on in developing new technologies and driving their implementation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the engineering team in technical and people development.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to shape technical and business solutions.
  • Drive the delivery process by applying agile principles.
  • Design and implement Proofs of Concept for innovative strategies.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged during project delivery.

Your Background

You bring around 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant expertise in Node.js and TypeScript. With at least 4 years of experience in engineering leadership, you are proficient across the full stack and familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, Supabase, GCP, or Azure. Experience in insurance or finance is an added advantage.
