Job Description: ATE Test Engineer
You will implement test solutions on state-of-the-art production testers with a focus on Teradyne Flex/J750 and Advantest 93k. Your responsibilities include addressing challenges in wafer and final component testing, debugging and transferring test packages to production facilities, and coordinating with design, concept, and product engineering teams on test and DfT concepts, content and results.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- First work experience in Semiconductor Test Engineering.
- Practical experience with ATE (Teradyne and/or Advantest).
- Good communication skills in English.
