As a Vehicle Systems Stability Engineer, you will work on critical vehicle electrical systems, integrating firmware and hardware across multiple domains.

Role & Responsibilities

In this on-site role, you will be on the frontlines keeping our robotic platforms healthy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide initial issue triage and system analysis of field and bring-up issues.
  • Review CAN log data to identify relevant systems and probable root causes.
  • Document findings in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions.
  • Identify improvements in system behavior and diagnostics.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A BS or equivalent in an engineering discipline (EE or Mechatronics preferred).
  • 5+ years in automotive engineering.
  • Experience in designing or testing vehicle systems and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with vehicle network architectures such as CAN and LIN.
  • Hands-on experience with measurement systems and tools (oscilloscope, DMM, Saleae Logic Analyzer, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
