At Aarista and Altea Healthcare, we're building the future of healthcare through technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a modern enterprise compliance program at the intersection of technology, artificial intelligence, and healthcare.
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader who will partner with executive leadership to establish practical compliance and governance programs that support innovation while managing enterprise risk. This role works closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Operations, Legal, HR, Finance, and Clinical leadership to ensure compliance is embedded into how we build, deploy, and support technology.
Healthcare compliance experience is a requirement for this role.
What You'll Do
• Build and lead the organization's Technology Compliance and AI Governance program.
• Develop governance frameworks for artificial intelligence, enterprise risk, privacy, product compliance, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Operations, and executive leadership to identify risks early and develop practical business solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies, AI initiatives, vendors, and strategic partnerships from a compliance and governance perspective.
• Develop policies, standards, and governance processes that enable responsible innovation.
• Lead enterprise risk assessments, compliance investigations, policy development, and executive reporting.
• Monitor emerging regulations related to artificial intelligence, privacy, cybersecurity, and technology governance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to build scalable compliance programs that support continued organizational growth.
What Success Looks Like

This individual will serve as a trusted business partner who helps drive innovation while protecting the company and its customers.
