Lead SEA Manager SMB at Altaïde
Altaïde, a digital marketing agency specializing in performance advertising, partners with Small Medium Business (SMB) advertisers to drive growth through results-oriented Social Ads and SEA (web & app) campaigns.
As we structure and scale our SMB division, we are creating the role of Lead SEA Manager SMB to lead and develop this team.
You will be responsible for campaign performance, device consistency, and team skill development, while remaining highly involved in operational tasks.
A Broad and Strategic Mission
Reporting directly to the CEO of the agency, you will take charge of the SMB division, overseeing the operational performance of accounts while managing a team of two individuals. As a true operational manager, you will lead the division, with approximately 20% management and 80% operational involvement.
Your Main Responsibilities:
SMB Division Management & Structuring
- Manage and support 2 experts: 1 web expert and 1 app expert.
- Implement operational processes, tools, and best practices to ensure campaign quality and performance.
- Develop your team members' skills and ensure their expertise growth.
- Monitor the profitability and P&L of the division, ensuring a balance between workload, margin, and performance.
Operational SEA & Performance Management
- Define and implement effective SEA strategies for SMB accounts, aligned with client business objectives.
- Continuously optimize campaigns (web & app), analyze results, and propose concrete recommendations.
- Directly manage client accounts, both ongoing operations and specific projects.
- Monitor KPIs, tracking, and data to maximize performance and profitability.
Client Relationship
- Serve as the expert contact for SMB clients, capable of explaining strategies, optimizations, and results clearly and pedagogically.
- Support clients in their SEA projects and provide strategic recommendations on web and app levers.
Your Profile:
You hold a higher education degree in digital marketing and possess significant experience of at least 6 years in SEA, ideally gained within an agency, with 1 to 2 years of management experience. You have strong SEA expertise and a good understanding of SEO is a plus. You are capable of simultaneously managing a portfolio of multiple accounts.
Performance and results-oriented, you demonstrate autonomy and a profitability mindset for SMB accounts. Organized and pragmatic, you effectively manage your time and resources, while possessing a desire to transmit knowledge and develop your team's skills.
You also demonstrate leadership, pedagogical skills, rigor, and analytical thinking, qualities essential for supporting your team members and clients in achieving their objectives.
