Take on a new challenge and leverage your systems engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You will work with a **collaborative and rigorous** team and play a key role in the design and integration of an essential sub-system for train control, directly contributing to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of mobility solutions. On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams such as Train System Engineers (TSE), Interior Engineers, RAMS and Validation Engineers, and Train Control teams, to ensure the smooth and efficient integration of sub-systems into our trains. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with our internal partners, such as ADM/T&P, and our external suppliers for electronic solutions. You will specifically focus on defining the architecture and functionalities of sub-systems (PACIS, CCTV, multimedia, event recorder, train-to-ground communication, ATC safety equipment) and their integration into the train, while ensuring compliance with functional and performance requirements. We will call on you to:- Provide technical documentation for the sub-system, including requirements and architecture specifications (RSAD), technical purchase specifications (TPS), and interface control documents (ICD).
- Define and implement functional, performance, and cross-functional requirements for the dedicated sub-system.
- Ensure the mechanical and electrical integration of the sub-system into the train, defining the necessary interfaces.
- Verify the performance of the sub-system at the train level, including design reviews.
- Manage change and configuration processes related to the sub-system.
- Analyze the impact of modifications and ensure rigorous control of design changes.
- Plan and monitor all activities related to the sub-system, respecting deadlines and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, validation, sourcing teams, as well as suppliers and production units.
