Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates. You'll play a key role in ensuring cost, scope, and schedule commitments for tenders and projects are met. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement Tender Managers, Procurement Project Managers, and Tender Planning Managers), analyze data to assess product competitiveness, and prepare reports to support informed decision-making. You’ll specifically take care of consolidating sourcing activities and performance, but also lead commitment and competitiveness reviews.
Responsibilities
- Supporting tender and project procurement cost, scope, and schedule commitments
- Managing reports and presentations for tenders in coordination with Procurement leaders
- Extracting ERP data to assess product competitiveness and liaising with Procurement Project Managers
- Preparing reports and ensuring regular KPI measurement and action plan follow-ups
- Coordinating sourcing activities and performance for tenders and projects
- Building costing using formal Tender Procurement Plans (TPP) and macro planning feasibility
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

- 2-4 years of experience in project/tenders or procurement in an industry-oriented environment
