Your future role
As an Infrastructure Solutions Tendering Specialist, your mission is to drive successful tendering processes and project assessments for onboarding workloads to Onexis, ensuring technical compliance, cost efficiency, and alignment with organizational standards. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, enabling smooth transitions while continuously improving tendering frameworks and practices.
We’ll look to you for:
- Tendering & Project Assessment: Analyze incoming project requirements and validate alignment with Onexis standards.
- Prepare technical and compliance inputs for tenders.
- Estimate costs and resources for onboarding workloads to Onexis.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for project teams during onboarding to Onexis.
- Conduct workshops to explain compliance requirements and security best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of infrastructure trends and regulatory changes.
- Propose enhancements to tendering frameworks and automation tools.

- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (networking, compute, storage), cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and security compliance.
