Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Ensure that technological investments, processes, and risk management align with Alsa's strategy and the global standards of the Mobico Group. Oversee IT budget planning and control (CAPEX/OPEX), analyze deviations, and drive cost optimization initiatives within the IT area. Prepare and present monthly dashboards and key performance indicators, providing visibility and strategic analysis to the CIO and key stakeholders. Ensure that change management, incident management, and service level agreements (SLAs) comply with the quality standards and best practices defined by the group (ITIL v4). Supervise the relationship with critical suppliers, ensuring contractual compliance, performance monitoring, and value generation for the organization. Act as the point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring that IT controls are properly designed, implemented, and functioning effectively.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT consulting, PMO, technology management control, or IT governance roles.
  • Proficiency in IT governance and service management frameworks: COBIT, ITIL v4.
  • Demonstrable experience in IT financial management, including budget control (CAPEX/OPEX), cost optimization, and KPI reporting.
  • High level of English (C1), with the ability to lead follow-up meetings and collaborate with international teams.
  • Analytical profile with strong reporting capabilities and results orientation.
  • Influencing skills and effective stakeholder management.
