About IT Governance & Performance Manager

Daily Responsibilities
You will ensure that IT investments and risk management processes align with Alsa's strategy and global standards. Key tasks include:
- Overseeing CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, deviation analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Preparing and presenting monthly dashboards and KPI reports for the CIO and stakeholders.
- Ensuring IT service management (ITIL v4) processes meet quality standards.
- Managing relationships with critical suppliers and ensuring value generation.
- Coordinating internal and external IT audits to validate control effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements
We seek a proactive and collaborative individual with a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar. You must have 5–7 years' experience in IT consultancy, PMO, tech financial management, or IT governance. You should have expertise in frameworks like COBIT and ITIL v4, experience in IT financial management (CAPEX/OPEX) and KPI reporting, and a high level of English (C1). Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and reporting skills are essential.
