Role: Business Controller

The Business Controller will develop and maintain financial models, lead budgeting processes, prepare financial reports, analyze financial performance and KPIs, monitor costs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations while performing ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze KPIs and performance trends to suggest improvements.
  • Monitor costs and optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with teams in operations, marketing, product development, and HR.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years in financial management or controlling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with complex data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, or similar financial software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
