Role: Business Controller
The Business Controller will develop and maintain financial models, lead budgeting processes, prepare financial reports, analyze financial performance and KPIs, monitor costs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations while performing ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze KPIs and performance trends to suggest improvements.
- Monitor costs and optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with teams in operations, marketing, product development, and HR.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 4 years in financial management or controlling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, or similar financial software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting.
