What You Will Enjoy Doing

Do you want a role where you combine technical expertise in industrial automation with developing the new generation of specialists?

We are looking for an Electrical Automation Engineer and Technical Trainer who will combine industrial maintenance with professional training within the dual education program.

You will have a key role in ensuring the continuous operation of production equipment and developing the technical competencies of future electricians and automation specialists.

As a Technical Trainer

  • You will develop and implement the training plan for students in the dual program (electrical/automation profile).
  • You will conduct theoretical and practical sessions in industrial electrical installations, PLC, and automation.
  • You will create training materials, technical support, evaluations, and applied projects.
  • You will coordinate practical activities directly in the production environment.
  • You will prepare trainees for intermediate and final exams.
  • You will actively contribute to forming a new generation of technical specialists.

As a Maintenance & Automation Specialist

  • You will ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and utilities (chillers, compressors, heating systems, water treatment, pumps, dryers, etc.).
  • You will diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic malfunctions.
  • You will interpret and implement electrical schematics and intervene on automation panels and PLCs.
  • You will contribute to equipment optimization and reduction of downtime.
  • You will use measurement equipment for rapid fault identification.
  • You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For
  • Higher education (preferably) in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Automation.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance or production.
  • Solid knowledge of interpreting electrical schematics, automation, and control systems.
  • Experience with PLCs and electrical panels.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, or robotics (an advantage).
  • Technical English – professional level.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and structured.
  • Experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus.
