This is an exclusive two-day event held at our Hamburg Office. Travel and accommodation will be covered for successful applicants, providing a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in our company culture and operations.

Our Client Service Insight Days are an invaluable opportunity for students graduating in 2026 or 2027 to develop essential professional skills. You will enhance your commercial confidence, adaptability, resilience, negotiation, and critical thinking by learning directly from our leaders and participating in interactive workshops with our teams.

No matter where you are in your preparations for taking on your first role after university, these sessions will provide deep insight into why AlphaSights is the global leader in knowledge on-demand, the preferred partner of business and investment leaders worldwide, and why we regularly rank as one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. You’ll gain firsthand experience of how we achieve this success.

The Insight Days will also give you a chance to prove your commercial prowess within our teams. Following an assessment on the second day, there will be the potential to be invited directly to a final round interview for a full-time Client Service Associate role in 2026. Applications are now open, and places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis after an interview with our Talent Acquisition team.

What To Expect

• Two days of informative sessions and interactive workshops with VPs, Managers, and Associates from our Client Service team.
• The chance to work on projects with us as part of a team, and then to discuss and receive constructive feedback on your work from our Managers.
• The opportunity to network with current Associates, hear about their experiences, and learn how they successfully transitioned from university to working life at AlphaSights.

Requirements

• Internship or working student experience, combined with a proven commitment and accomplishments in extracurricular activities, such as student organizations, community service, or competitive sports, is highly valued.
• Strong client focus, resilience under pressure, and a high level of professionalism are essential.
• A self-starter mindset, characterized by enthusiasm, a strong drive for success, proactive initiative, and excellent communication skills.
• A strong interest in AlphaSights and the role of a Client Service Associate in our Hamburg team.
• Written and verbal English and German skills at a C1 level or above are required; experience living or working abroad is desired.
• You must be graduating in 2026 or 2027.
• Availability to join us in Hamburg for two days on 25th/26th March 2026 is mandatory.
