AlphaSights is hosting exclusive two-day Insight Days on 25th-26th March 2026 at their Hamburg Office. Travel and accommodation will be covered for successful applicants.

Our Client Service Insight Days are an unparalleled opportunity for students graduating in 2026 or 2027. These sessions are designed to develop your commercial confidence, adaptability, resilience, negotiation, and critical thinking skills. You will learn directly from our leaders and participate in interactive workshops with our teams, gaining firsthand insight into AlphaSights' role as the global leader in knowledge on-demand.
No matter where you are in your preparations for your first post-university role, these Insight Days will demonstrate why AlphaSights is the preferred partner for business and investment leaders worldwide and consistently ranks among the fastest-growing companies globally. You’ll experience our operations firsthand.
Beyond learning, these days offer a chance to prove your commercial prowess within our teams. Following an assessment on the second day, there's potential to be invited directly to a final round interview for a full-time Client Service Associate role in 2026.
Applications are now open, and places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon a successful interview with our Talent Acquisition team.
What To Expect
- Two days of informative sessions and interactive workshops with VPs, Managers, and Associates in our Client Service team.
- The chance to work on collaborative projects and receive valuable feedback from our Managers.
- An opportunity to network with current Associates, hearing about their experiences and their transition from university to professional life.
Requirements
- Internship or working student experience is highly valued, along with proven commitment and accomplishments in extracurricular activities (e.g., student organizations, community service, competitive sports).
- Demonstrated strong client focus, resilience under pressure, and a high level of professionalism.
- A self-starter mindset, characterized by enthusiasm, a drive for success, strong initiative, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong interest in AlphaSights and the Client Service Associate role in Hamburg.
- Written and verbal English and German skills at C1 level or above are required; experience living or working abroad is desired.
- Graduation in 2026 or 2027.
- Availability to join us in Hamburg for two days on 25th/26th March 2026.
