These exclusive two-day Insight Days, held on 25th-26th March 2026, take place at our Hamburg Office. Travel and accommodation will be covered for successful applicants.
Learn What We Do, With The People Who Do It
Our Client Service Associate Insight Days are an opportunity for students graduating in 2026 or 2027 to develop their commercial confidence, adaptability, resilience, negotiation, and critical thinking skills. You will learn from our leaders and undertake interactive workshops with our teams.
No matter where you are in your preparations for taking on your first role after university, these sessions will give you an insight into why we’re the global leader in knowledge on-demand, the preferred partner of business and investment leaders worldwide, and why we regularly rank as one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. You’ll see for yourself how we do it.
The Insight Days will also give you a chance to prove your commercial prowess with our teams. Following an assessment on the second day, there will be the potential to be invited directly to a final round interview to be offered a full-time role on our Client Service team in 2026 or 2027.
Applications are now open, and places will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis following an interview with our Talent Acquisition team.

- Network with our team and explore your career options as an Associate in the Client Service team.
Requirements
- Internship or working student experience, along with proven commitment and accomplishments in extracurricular activities, such as student organizations, community service, or competitive sports, is highly valued.
- Strong client focus, resilience under pressure, and a high level of professionalism.
- A self-starter mindset: enthusiasm, drive for success, strong initiative, as well as excellent communication skills.
- Strong interest in AlphaSights and the role of an Associate on our Client Service Team in the Hamburg office.
- Written and verbal English and German skills at C1 level or above is required; experience living or working abroad is desired.
- Graduating in 2026 or 2027.
- Availability to join us in Hamburg for two days on 25th/26th March 2026.
