Role Overview
The Associate Client Service Polish Speaker role is part of our Associate Program starting in July or September 2026. The role places you at the frontline, linking clients with expert insights. It offers a clear career ladder with advancement opportunities to Manager and Vice President roles, along with eligibility for an MBA Tuition Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit experts by engaging in phone communications under tight deadlines.
- Understand client projects, market context, and regulatory environments.
- Manage end-to-end client-expert communications and scheduling.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, Psychology, or Business Engineering.
- Internship or working student experience plus extracurricular achievements.
- Strong client focus, resilience, professionalism, and a self-starter mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal English and German skills (C1 level or above); experience abroad is a plus.
