Job Role Overview
As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the crucial link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. You will multitask across parallel projects and manage client-expert communications, scheduling calls and recruiting experts under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Recruit experts through phone conversations under deadlines.
- Understand project context and regulatory environment.
- Manage client-expert communications end-to-end.
- Schedule calls and ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements
- A Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or Business Engineering.
- Internship or working student experience with extracurricular achievements.
- Strong client focus, resilience under pressure, and high professionalism.
- Fluent French (C2) and strong written and verbal skills in English and German (C1 or above).
Compensation & Benefits
Total first-year compensation ranges from €63,300 to €71,700, including an annual base salary of €52,000 and uncapped variable pay.
