Job Overview

The Investment Professional will join the Specialty Finance Group at AlphaHire, focusing on a wide range of debt and equity investment opportunities across consumer, commercial finance, and leasing sectors. This role offers significant exposure to diverse specialty finance asset classes and alternative investments while contributing to ongoing investment management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in and progressively lead all stages of the investment process: origination, evaluation, underwriting, negotiating, closing, and exiting.
  • Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis across private credit, private equity, structured credit, real estate, and other opportunities.
  • Monitor and manage portfolio investments effectively.
  • Collaborate with small deal teams and senior management to drive investment success.

  • Proven track record of academic, professional, and personal excellence.
  • Experience in private equity, investment banking, credit, management consulting, or similarly analytical fields.
  • Strong ownership mentality and excellent organizational skills.
