Job Description

Alphabe Insight Inc is seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and initiate contact with potential clients. You will work closely with our strategic team to present tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities and prospective clients.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
  • Present our services in a compelling manner.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align messaging.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and organized.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and networking both in-person and virtually.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
