Job Description
Property Soar is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our growing team in Charlotte. In this role, you will be the first line of communication between our clients and our services, managing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
- Provide detailed information about our services and property offerings.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.

- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Follow up to ensure clients' concerns are resolved.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
- 2+ years in customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Professional demeanor with a client-first attitude.
