Position Summary
The Product Quality Testing Associate performs tasks related to assembly, testing, finishing, and troubleshooting within the Electronics business unit. The role requires following test procedures under minimal supervision and contributes to continuous improvement efforts.
Essential Functions
- Calibrate and test electronic assemblies according to specifications and work instructions.
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities and implement technical solutions.
- Prepare reports summarizing outputs and test results.
- Learn and standardize assembly/testing processes for new products.
- Assist in rework and troubleshooting of electro/mechanical assemblies and customer returns.
- Pack finished goods appropriately and assist in maintaining specialized test equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
The role involves exposure to non-toxic fumes, airborne particles, different temperatures, high voltage testers, and moving mechanical equipment. It requires the ability to speak, hear, concentrate, stand, walk, sit, and handle materials with the hands while occasionally lifting up to 35 pounds.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience operating a computer
- Electronics and/or sensor testing experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working with diverse team members
- Occasional overtime to meet business needs
- Conversant in English
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
