Overview
The Sales & Service Lead at ALO Yoga elevates the guest experience by delivering targets for engagement, guest education, and interaction. This role creates a service-led environment on the sales floor, ensuring that the ALO sanctuary stands apart from other retailers.
Responsibilities
Sales & Service Leadership: Lead an exceptional guest experience through technical product education and feedback coaching; build client relationships daily; analyze reports and implement action plans; ensure effective sales floor coverage with workforce solutions and selling initiatives.
Business Leadership: Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager for reporting, budgeting, inventory control, vendor relationships, and overall business support; leverage metrics to drive strategies and dynamically fulfill business needs.
People Leadership: Inspire staff by leading by example; directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent; use performance tools to provide constant feedback for individual growth.
Business Partnership: Collaborate cross-functionally with Community & Studio, Operations, and Visual Leads to ensure cohesive training and execution of initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years client-centric, sales experience
- Proven leadership with excellent decision making

Work Schedule & Perks
This full-time role requires 32-40 hours per week with flexible shifts, including peak times and holiday blackout periods. Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour in Baltimore, MD along with eligibility for bonus programs.
