Overview
The Operations Lead at ALO Yoga is critical in the store leadership team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. Working alongside the Operations & Visual Manager, this role focuses on executing inventory management, operational functions, and business reporting while leading, coaching, and mentoring a team.
Operations Leader Responsibilities
- Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
- Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues with the General Manager.
- Oversee key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, and stockroom management.
- Champion strong visual and safety standards on the sales floor.
Business Leader Responsibilities
- Partner on reporting, budgeting, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
- Leverage metrics to drive business strategies.
- Assess and address the needs of the business, team, and guests on the retail floor.
People Leader Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead daily operations and deliver excellent guest experience.
- Oversee and develop Operations Associates through recruitment, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Business Partner Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Visual and Sales & Service Leads.
- Execute company-level operations directives and projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
- Proven leadership with excellent decision-making capabilities.
- High energy, self-motivated, and strong communicator.

Job Details & Perks
This is a full-time lead role requiring 32 - 40 hours per week with variable shifts including peak days, weekends, and holiday periods. Compensation
Base pay ranges from $20.00 - $24.00 per hour in Baltimore, MD with additional incentive bonuses possible.
