Mission
Represent the company as scientific support in the territory, maintaining an appropriate dialogue of equity and balanced information in a non-promotional context to develop professional relationships of advisory, scientific information, and clinical research with external clients.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Establish and enhance the relationship with healthcare professionals considered by the Company as KOL (Key Opinion Leaders). Contribute to the identification of new KOLs.
- Attend congresses, symposiums, or other scientific events. Participate as a scientific speaker in clinical sessions.
- Convey the appropriate medical and scientific information to the assigned KOLs as needed.
- Acquire and maintain an updated deep scientific knowledge of the relevant active ingredients.
- Provide feedback to the organization on the external perception of each communicated active ingredient.
- Present the clinical value of the product to the evaluation managers in the territory.
- Promote and lead scientific meetings and medical training sessions within the area of influence at the level of healthcare influencers and evaluators.
- Collaborate in identifying potential researchers for Phase IIIb/IV studies.
- Promote, through support and advice, the initiation of studies by the assigned KOLs.
- Support the studies being conducted by the assigned KOLs.
- Attend internal forums for product information and strategy.
- Report any suspected adverse reactions to Pharmacovigilance that come to your knowledge.
Education And Experience
- Degree in Health Sciences.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison.
- Desirable Dermatology therapeutic area expertise
