Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Operations Enablement will join the Core Operations team to lead and enhance the 200+ person Operations team, supporting providers and clients in navigating mental health insurance complexities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6-8 enablement professionals.
- Develop and implement scalable onboarding and training programs.
- Collaborate with Ops Leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex policy and product changes into training plans.
- Drive quality, continuity, and performance through enablement strategies.
Who You Are
- 6-8 years in learning & development or enablement.
- Experienced people manager in high-growth environments.
- Skilled in content management systems and modern tech tools like AI.
- Meticulously organized with strong project management expertise.
- Passionate about mental health and DE&I initiatives.
Benefits & Compensation
This is a remote-first role offering robust benefits including health, 401K, wellness stipends, and flexible PTO. Salary Band: $130,000 - $160,000.
