Engineering Transformation
Our Engineering and Product teams are adopting practices like Lean, Dual-Track Agile, DevOps, and microservices. We are embracing an AI-first approach to enhance speed, quality, and consistency. The Senior Director, Engineering Operations & Platform leads this transformation by driving platform evolution, operational excellence, and cultural change.
Key Outcomes for the First 12 Months
- Increase developer productivity and satisfaction by 20%.
- Optimize infrastructure with AI-driven cost reduction.
- Embed an AI-first, data-driven culture across departments.
- Strategically orchestrate internal engineering and product initiatives.
Responsibilities
Direct Leadership: Manage Infra and DevX teams and possibly build a software platform group.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, InfoSec, IT, and Product teams to align strategies.
Culture & Skill Development: Drive training sessions on AI tools and best practices.
Financial & Resource Analysis: Analyze budgets and project costs for efficiency improvements using AI insights.

Salary and Application Process
