Job Overview

The IT Engineer 2 works as part of the internal IT team to empower Alma employees. You will administer top-tier hardware and software tools, support IT domains such as Requests, MDM, Patching, and Employee Lifecycle, and help maintain our IT infrastructure and services.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer best-in-class hardware and software tools
  • Drive future iterations of IT domains
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Educate employees on security best practices
  • Collaborate with Security on SOC 2 audits and HITRUST certifications

Who You Are

  • 3+ years experience in Technical Support, IT Infrastructure, or SaaS Operations
  • Skilled in troubleshooting mixed-platform environments
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office365, Slack, Zoom, among others
  • Familiar with MDM, API automation, enterprise GenAI, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience managing hardware procurement processes
  • Passionate about using technology to enhance mental health care
