Role Overview
As a Core Operations Specialist, Member Onboarding, you will manage provider onboarding, credentialing, and enrollment projects end-to-end. You will ensure accuracy and clarity across workflows, collaborating with internal teams, external payers, and credentialing partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and credentialing projects.
- Maintain accurate provider rosters and documentation.
- Collaborate across teams including CX, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Network Operations.
- Serve as primary contact for payers and external partners.
- Create and update process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and resolve credentialing or enrollment issues.
Who You Are
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and process-minded with 2-3 years experience in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and project management tools like Asana and Zendesk is essential.
